Te huur van particulier

jaar nieuw gebouwd en ligt naast ons atelier op de
benedenverdieping van ons huis. Het bestaat uit een
woonkamer, open keuken, badkamer, toilet en 2
slaapkamers.
Het is gelegen aan de rand van een klein middeleeuws
pittoresk dorpje op de grens van de Vaucluse en de
Drôme Provençale. Het is een prachtig landschap waar
u naar hartelust kunt wandelen, trekken, bergklimmen,
fietsen, paardrijden, fotograferen en schilderen.
In de omgeving zijn veel andere middeleeuwse stadjes
met terrasjes, winkel, galeries, Provençaalse markten
en ook veel culturele bezienswaardigheden.

You will reside 20Km east of
Avignon, in the countryside, 3 min from Isle sur Sorgue, Capital of
Antiques, the “ Venice Comtadine”, at the heart of an authentique and very
diversified Provence. Chloé and Christophe Durand will be pleased to make
your staying agreable at the sound of the cicadas, in a heart welcoming
atmosphere. The front desk will receive and inform you any time.
Entirely redecorated in 2002,
the hotel is ground floor and U-shaped, built around the swimming pool. Each
bedroom is equipped with a shower room and separate toilettes. Direct
telephone, 10 TV channels and Wifi access add to your comfort. Some bedrooms
are conceived to receive disabled people.
Nestled in the heart of the
village, our 16th century house can be found after first going through the
vaulted passage of La Cordière, leading to an attractive interior courtyard.
Surrounded by stone walls, this “third oldest dwelling of the village”,
built in 1582, as the engraving above the main entrance shows,welcomes you.
As you arrive, you will probably meet a cat sleeping on a ledge, or a child
playing ball, ... for this is a real home, and we wish you “la bienvenue"
We welcome you at the door of
the spacious living area. This room is the “heart” of our home and we have
decided to keep it as it was originally intended, a true traditional kitchen
of Provence, with two antique armchairs, a few treasured heirlooms in front
of the fireplace, the large country-style table around which our guests take
their breakfast in winter.
U kunt natuurlijk
heerlijk relaxen bij het zwembad, in de schaduw van
onze immense plataan ( zo ongeveer de grootste van
Zuid-Frankrijk ), of zomaar ergens in de 1,3 hectare
grote tuin, met rondom uitzicht op de bergen.Het
zwembad ( 12m*6m, biologisch systeem, geopend van 1
april tot 1 oktober), en het veld waarop gevoetbald
kan worden. De speeltuin met trampoline voor de
kinderen. Natuurlijk wordt er ook jeu de boules
gespeeld. En de bar bij het zwembad staat elke dag
open. Vlakbij in het dorp (300 meter) kunnen wij de
tennisbaan voor u reserveren.

Secluded holiday villa
situated in the beautiful Provence countryside is available for rent. The
villa includes an enclosed garden in grounds of 4000m2 with own swimming
pool (10 x 5 m, available between 1st June and 30th Sept only). Lovely
view of the mountain Ventoux and Luberon, 2.5 km from the village Oppede
