Bella Apartments are brand new, located in town with a
fantastic view of Ensenada Honda Bay and two thirds of
the island.
There
are four fully equipped apartments. Click on rates for
size, price and additional information. The kitchens
are fully furnished. You will have no problems making
coffee, extracting juice, using the osterizer, making
toast or heating things in the microwave. There are
ceiling fans and air conditioners in every apartment.
Air conditioning is not necessary because there is
usually a nice tropical breeze coming through the
apartments. Great views are always there to be enjoyed.
The spacious balconies are a great place to relax,
experience the cool tropical breezes and take in the
exceptional view.
Casa
Espada. THIS IS A LOVELY 2 STORY VILLA NESTLED AMONG
THE NATIVE AND PROTECTIVE CULEBRA MANGROVES. WITH ITS
OWN DOCK, FOR BOATS UP TO 26 FEET AT THE NECK OF THE
LOVELY ENSENADA DEL CORONEL. PART OF CULEBRA
CELEBRATED HURRICANE HOLE OF THE ENSENADA HONDA.
CASA
ESPADA IS A TWO-UNIT STRUCTURE WHICH HAS BEEN
REMODELED RECENTLY. IT HAS NEW APPLIANCES, WATER
HEATER, OUTSIDE SHOWER, BBQ AND AIR CONDITIONED ROOMS.
THE HOUSE IS 1 MILE EAST OF THE AIRPORT, NEAR TOWN,
TWO BLOCKS TO A GROCERY STORE ON THE ISLAND'S MAIN
ROAD. THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT IS GREAT FOR A
FAMILY OR A GROUP OF FRIENDS. IT HAS 2 AIR CONDITIONED
ROOMS AND 1 BATHROOM WITH SHOWER AND WATER HEATER. IT
HAS A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN AND FULL SIZE DINING AND
LIVING AREAS. IT HAS A BREEZY BALCONY WITH AREA FOR
BBQ (PROVIDED) AND A TABLE FOR OUTSIDE DINING. IT IS
EQUIPPED WITH COOKING AND DINING UTENSILS, TOWELS, AND
BED LINENS. APARTMENT SLEEPS SIX PERSONS. MINIMUM STAY
REQUIRED 2 NIGHTS.
THE
DOWNSTAIRS APARTAMENT IS SUGGESTED FOR A COUPLE
WITH UP TO TWO KIDS. IT HAS ONE NICE BEDROOM WITH A
FULL SIZE BED AND ONE BIG BATHROOM WITH SHOWER AND
WATER HEATER. IT ALSO HAS A NICE FUTTON IN THE LIVING
AREA THAT CONVERTS INTO A FULL SIZE BED. IT HAS A NICE
KITCHENETTE WITH MICROWAVE, TWO RANGE STOVE,
REFRIGERATOR, AND TOASTER.
THE DINING ROOM SEATS 4- 6 COMFORTABLY. SLEEPS UP TO
TWO ADULTS AND TWO KIDS. MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED 2
NIGHTS. OUTSIDE BBQ AREA THAT LEADS TO THE DOCK.
Spectacular
beachfront setting on the uncrowded, white sands of
Playa Zoni at the northeast end of Culebra. Incredible
views of Culebrita, Cayo Norte and St. Thomas. Walk
down your yard to great swimming and snorkeling on the
¾ mile long mostly deserted beach. There is nothing
else on the island with this kind of sandy beach
access! Sparsely settled area provides for quiet
evenings with only the sound of the Caribbean Sea. The
house has 2 separate units (upper and main) both with
breezy, shaded terraces overlooking the beach. The
solid construction ensures quiet separation of the
units. It is approximately a 15 minute drive from town
on a winding, narrow, paved road.
Because
our domestic water source is rainfall captured in a
cistern, guests must be conservative with water use.
Drinking water is purchased in town. Typical of island
homes, there is hot water only in the showers. The
house is cooled by ocean breezes. Portable fans are
available as well as air conditioning in 1 upper
bedroom and in 2 lower bedrooms. No smoking or pets
are allowed although the neighbor's 3 golden
retrievers may pass through the yard.
