Wir befinden uns in Huanipaca,
der Provinz von Abancay. Das kleine Dorf von Huanipaca ist 70 Km von Abancay,
55 Km von Curahuasi und 175 Km von Cusco entfernt. Das Haus ist 17 Km vom

von Choqekiraw.
An der Seite des Hauses
verläuft der kleine Fluss Tambobamba, in dem die Regenbogenforelle in ihrer
natürlichen Umgebung vorkommt. Die Vegetation besteht aus einem immer grünen
Wald mit hohen Bäumen. Zusätzlich zu diesen sehr angenehmen Besuchern kann
man in der Höhe den Flug des Amerikanischen Turmfalken und des, durch seine
große Tragweite und den majestätischen Flug bekannten, Andenkondors
beobachten. Unter anderem lebt in dieser Zone der Andenfuchs, der Hirsch und
der Brillenbär, die mit Ferngläsern beobachtet werden können.
