that line the wide, brick streets of Casco Antiguo, many of which have

cultures. Casco is the focal point of Panamanian architectural history, with
it's picturesque buildings, wide streets comprised of red bricks, churches,
ruins and museums.
Casco Antiguo, a commercial
point in the past, is now a major tourist destination for those visiting
Panama. Terrific photographic opportunities exist, particularly for those
interested in architectural structures. Located just minutes by car from
(the new) downtown of Panama City. The apartment is located on the first
floor of a small apartment building. 105 m2, in an open area, divided over
several levels. Downstairs are the kitchen and a dining area. On the
mezzanine you will find the bathroom and a bedroom. In the front of the
apartment you’ll find the living room (upstairs) and a study (downstairs,
with internal windows). Facilities: airco, fan, TV, fully equipped kitchen,
washing machine. Internet café across the street. In januari 2007 the
apartment was fully redecorated.

recorrido por un sendero ecológico interior que pasa por una laguna, donde

Yandup is a paradise island
surrounded by coral reefs. It has a little beach with calm and crystal clear
water and miles of sand within walking distance. Yandup belongs to a small
archipelago, where you can even go swimming from one island to the other,
crossing channels of various depths. The island is located approximately in
the center of the Kuna Yala reserve. A thousand meters from the Ukupseni
community or Playón Chico and 1.300 meters from the tropical forest and the
airport.
The region of Kuna Yala is a
protected area, which preserves large intact zones thanks to the Kuna people
and their culture. The Kuna culture has through thousands of years developed
in intimate relationship with nature and is thoroughly integrated in the
ecological balance of the region.
