Finca Serrato is gelegen op een prachtige

This really is a superb
location in which to spend a holiday. For those seeking a relaxing family
holiday amid wonderfully tranquil scenery this "cortijo" offers the perfect
setting. Reached by 1300 metres of rough track (a normal car hire is
suitable), the house is set in a finca of 8,000 square metres, in the
foothills of the Sierra Tejeda-Almijara.
'Casa Las Jaras' is a newly
constructed villa with private pool (8 x 4m; 1.3 - 1,9 m deep.). It has a
delightful feeling of comfortable seclusion about it -yet it is perfectly
situated for visits to the Málaga coast, while the historic city of Granada
would make an excelelent day trip. It sands near the old Moorish village of
Archez, approximately 30 minutes from the coast, and is set in the
magnificent landscape of the Sierra Tejeda mountains, surrounded by
vine-covered hills and a valley sweeping down to the sparkling blue sea in
the distance. The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for
walking, particularly in the cooler months and Spring.
SALARES is a village of 237
inhabitants situated in the Axarqua region, on the "Route of the Mudejar".
Its most beautiful feature is the minaret tower of Saint Ann's Church
(formerly a mosque), declared National Historical Monument in 1979. The
village is characterised by its whitewashed houses of typically Moorish
design and for its steep and winding streets. This is a very peaceful
village in the foothills of the Almijara mountain range, and one of the
best-preserved in Malaga.
In Salares you will find
"Casa Angeles", a typical Andalucian style house. It is more than 200 years
old, and has recently been renovated. In restoring the building we attempted
to preserve as much of the original structure as possible. The only
modifications made were those strictly necessary for adapting the house to
modern facilities. Most of the furnitures have been refurnished and placed
in their original locations. This permits the visitor to enjoy the house as
it was in the olden days.

- Glooiende heuvels met
olijfbomen en verspreid liggende Spaanse huisjes. Een
ademloos mooie omgeving met Moorse overblijfselen die
tot de verbeelding spreekt. Algemene informatie: elk
huis heeft een eigen privé zwembad, zeer rustige
ligging en volledige privacy, vakbij het strand,
golfbanen op 5-10 min. afstand, bedden en linnengoed
aanwezig.
La Casita is een
nieuw gebouwde en ruime (50 m2) tweepersoons bungalow
maar ook geschikt voor bewoning tot 4 personen. De
stijl is comfortabel en modern met toepassing van
Spaanse details. Het luxueus uitgevoerde huis bestaat
uit een woonslaapkamer met volledig ingerichte open
keuken, een tweepersoonsslaapkamer met ingebouwde
kastenwand en een badkamer met douche. Ook zijn er een
wasmachine, TV en een magnetron. Er is het nodige
comfort zoals vloerverwarming, zodat het ook gedurende
de wintermaanden behaaglijk en warm is.
Het appartement El
Jazmin, genoemd naar de zoet geurende jasmijn in
de omgeving, is recent gebouwd en maakt deel uit van
de luxueuze Villa La Fuente. We hebben ernaar
gestreefd El Jazmin zo huiselijk mogelijk in te
richten. Een salon met comfortabel meubilair, een
eethoek en open keuken (oven en magnetron), een
slaapkamer met dubbel bed en badkamer. Een tweede
ruime slaapkamer met drie eenpersoons bedden is ook
mogelijk zodat het geheel geschikt is voor 5 personen.
Villa La Viruta
ligt in de heuvels bij het dorp Alhaurín el Grande
zo'n 25 minuten van de kust. Het huis staat met een
karakteristieke palmboom op de top van een heuvel met
een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei. De directe
omgeving is rustig maar niet verlaten. Een groot deel
van de finca is fruitboomgaard, bij wijze van spreken
geuren de sinaasappels en mandarijnen je tegemoet.
Villa Notario is
een geheel gelijkvloers gebouwd huis. De stijl is
knus, vriendelijk en onmiskenbaar Spaans. Drie twee
persoonsslaapkamers en een volledig ingerichte keuken
inclusief magnetron, vriezer, was- en afwasmachine
maken Villa Notario geschikt voor grotere gezinnen. De
badkamer heeft een ligbad met douche. Radiatoren en
een open haard zorgen ervoor dat het huis ook in de
wintermaanden gezellig en behaaglijk is. De woonkamer
is ruim en komt via een halletje uit op een groot
overdekt terras.
In de lage heuvels rond
het dorp Alhaurín el Grande ligt de kleine en
gezellige villa La Sierra. La Sierra is
geschikt voor bewoning tot 6 personen. De drie
tweepersoons slaapkamers, twee badkamers met bad en
een aparte keuken bieden alles wat je nodig hebt. Rond
de open haard in de woonkamer is een ruime zithoek met
Nederlandstalige TV. Het huis is recent gebouwd en
nieuw ingericht.
De Villa Felderhof
van Alhaurin de la Torre. Dit pronkstuk met alle luxe
die je je maar kunt wensen is 10 maanden per jaar
bewoond door de eigenaar zelf. De royale villa ligt op
8.000m2 terrein van een oude boomgaard met olijven,
sinaasappels, vijgen, amandelen en druiven. Totaal
biedt de villa biedt plaats aan tien mensen. Er zijn
vijf slaapkamers en drie badkamers. De zeer ruime
salon heeft een adembenemend uitzicht op een vallei en
de "Sierra de las Nieves".

Rocabella is comprised of ten cottages all completely
independent of each other. Lying on the slopes of the
"Sierra Huma" mountain (1.019m) its unique
position offers magnificent views of the Guadalhore
Valley whilst allowing you to savour the tranquility
and aromas of the mountains and the Mediterranean
woodland.
La
Torre (The Tower) stands out from neighbours in
Finca Rocabella not only because of its structure,
which resembles a watchtower you might find in the
Islamic world, but also because of its situation. On
the ground floor there is a circular sitting/dining
room where the main feature is an attractive fireplace.
There is also a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with
two single beds and a fully equipped kitchen on this
floor. A semicircular staircase winds round the
central chimney leading you upstairs to the reading
room where natural light floods in. This in turn will
take you to the main double bedroom which has an
ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi and its own terrace.
El
Lagar offering that bit of extra luxury for those
who want every creature comfort. The house is equipped
with heating and air-conditioning, a modern music
system with CD player, TV and barbecue. El Lagar is to
be situated next to a large carob tree and on the edge
of a small olive grove, and will have fantastic views
over the Guadalhorce Valley. Have a well-equipped
kitchen and a semicircular terrace surrounding the
living room area, with an open fire, allowing you to
enjoy the marvellous views from a shady vantage point.

La
Solana. This house was once storeroom where all
the harvested products would have been kept. It is a
modern house although decorated within the tradition
of a typical country house and covers an area of 120 m˛.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room
with fireplace and an open-plan kitchen. La Solana
stands on a 10.000 m˛ plot of land with a swimming
pool bordered by fruit trees and an attractive
barbecue next to the pool.
"El
Pajar" in Spanish means "straw barn"
and as its name suggest this apartment is a conversion
of the old straw barn of the original farmhouse. The
old style of the building has been respected whilst
comfort has not been compromised. It consists of a
large double bedroom, a living room with fireplace, a
kitchenette integrated into the same room and a
bathroom. From the large terrace outside you can enjoy
lovely views of the mountains.
