kilometerlangen weissen Sand-stränden. Mit dem Mietauto sind beide Inseln in
wenigen Minuten (5 -15 Min) erreichbar.

Wohnbereich aus gelangen Sie über die großzügige
Terrasse direkt zum solarbeheizten Pool. Ein Cage
schützt Sie vor Mücken und ähnlichem Getier. Das
Boot, das Sie im hauseigenen Bootslift vorfinden,
können Sie nach einer kurzen Einweisung durch Herrn
Siewert problemlos nutzen.
Clermont has a wonderful
central location in Lake County, Florida, making it perfect for visiting all
the Orlando attractions and beyond. It is just 15 minutes to Walt Disney
World, and a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World or International
Drive. The Gulf coast is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes away, with Daytona
Beach and the Kennedy Space Center about an hour's drive.
My privately owned luxury is
situated on the Sunrise Lakes development in Clermont, Lake County. The
villa has four bedrooms, comprising two master bedrooms with ensuites and

need from towels to hairdryers and even robes to put on when you step out of
the pool.

villa is a beautiful, family owned property just 10
minutes from Disney in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida. We

everything else you would expect from a luxury villa
including cot and highchair free of charge.

Airport is just - 30 mins drive. This community is
ideally located for easy access to all the parks. Walt

large Wal-Mart Shopping Centre within 2 miles for just

en de ander een Pelikaan accent. Een van de twee
woonkamers heeft uitzicht op het zwembad. De villa is
door ons persoonlijk ingericht en is daardoor van een
hogere standaard en luxer dan gebruikelijk.
